Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has welcomed the meeting of the Berlin Process summit in Tirana.

In the statement to the media, Berisha said that today's summit buried the Open Balkans project in the mausoleum building of the dictator Enver Hoxha.

The former prime minister emphasized that the Open Balkans aimed at the return of Greater Serbia and the return of the region to Russia's sphere of influence.

This is a blow to all aspirations of Serbian hegemony and Russian influence in the region.
