"Rama is at the prison door"/ Boçi: This regime will leave

The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, said today that Prime Minister Edi Rama is at his weakest political point. 

Invited to A2 CNN, Boçi emphasized that for the opposition, the best way to remove the country's political regime is only through protests.

"Rama is at the prison door. He is defending power to protect himself. Every action of the prime minister is aimed at personal salvation and not at the public interest."

The United States of America is increasingly closer to the opposition's positions, although not always through direct public statements.

The US supports us. There is clear approval for the opposition to continue the protests in all forms and ways. International reports, including those of the OSCE/ODIHR, have proven the rigging of the elections and the merging of the state with the party.

International reactions may not be immediate, but they are continuous and strategic, while citizen pressure will be decisive.

"Regimes fall with protests. And this regime will leave under pressure from Albanians," said Boçi. /CNA
