Albanian government approves draft law on volunteerism
The Albanian government decided today to approve draft law...
The Council of Ministers, at today's meeting, approved in principle the financing agreement under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III).
The agreement stipulates EU financial support for development projects, institutional reforms and initiatives that accelerate the country's integration into European structures.

DECISION ON THE APPROVAL, IN PRINCIPLE, OF THE FINANCING AGREEMENT, BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA, REPRESENTED BY THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA, AND THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, IN RELATION TO THE ANNUAL ACTION PLAN IN FAVOR OF ALBANIA FOR THE YEAR 2024, UNDER THE INSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE (IPA III)
In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 10 of Law No. 43/2016, “On International Agreements in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
Approval, in principle, of the financing agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, and the European Commission, regarding the annual action plan in favor of Albania for the year 2024, under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III), according to the text attached to this decision.
This decision takes effect immediately./C NA
