The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated today that the low intelligence level indicator in the country is directly related to the low level of education in Albania.

Through a post on social media, Berisha shares a foreign video in which some definitions are made about IQ for many countries, including Albania.

Berisha accused that this is Ramaduro's next gift to Albanians.
