The former deputy and former candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has asked some questions that need answers about the mega-affair with the incinerators.

Kelliçi declares that the incinerators are not heading towards closure as people might think, while he declares that it is not known where the 170 million euros have gone.

He asks where this money has ended up. Also, the former deputy casts doubt that the incinerators may be the affair of a director in the Municipality of Tirana and the mayor Erion Veliaj is also involved in it.

"All those who think that the affair of the incinerators is heading towards closure, are wrong! So far, there are 170 million euros for which no one knows how to give an exact answer as to where they have ended up.

The non-working incinerator in Elbasan and the other unfinished incinerator in Fier have cost 60 million euros so far. Meanwhile, the phantom incinerator in Tirana has so far wasted 110 million euros.

The questions for SPAK are very simple:

There are citizens today who think that the phantom incinerator, which does not exist in Tirana, which has so far received a full 110 million euros, can only be an affair of a director in the Municipality of Tirana and that Erion Veliaj is not behind this affair ?!
