The Draft Law on the Electoral Code/SP submits the proposals, amendments to the
ASSEMBLY

The Socialist Party has submitted to the Assembly the draft law on the Electoral Code, where it also makes proposals for the vote of immigrants. According to the SP, the registration, organization and voting of the Diaspora will be organized by the CEC.

Another detail that stands out is the new formula for determining the first time in the allocation of mandates within the party/coalition, which will not be greater than 7,000 votes, while those who will benefit from the mandate at the beginning will be the candidates that have received a number of favorable votes greater than the quotient of the distribution of mandates.

The SP deputies who have signed the proposals are Bledi Çuçi, Damian Gjiknuri, Klotilda Bushka, Blerina Gjylameti, Toni Gogu, Klevis Xhoxhi and Arben Pëllumbi.

The Left filed the changes in the Assembly after disagreement with the opposition in the dialogue group.

In the initiative proposed by DP, only the reflection of the decisions of the Constitutional Court, which are an obligation for the Assembly, is addressed./ CNA
