The leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, stated today that there has been no significant change from the vote recount process for the Tirana district so far, as he mentioned the latest figures from this process.

Invited to the show 'Log.', Shehaj said that a group of 30 people have been observing this process for days, which according to him in the case of the DP is an absurd claim.

"Around 15% of the ballot boxes in Tirana have been recounted. The difference is very small, there is no difference, 70 votes were added to the PD, 3 were taken away from us. We are attentive because strange things happen here. Because what happens? It happens that a recount is done, the minutes are made, then what they saw in the recount is not recorded, but by chance, I have no proof, the numbers in the minutes change, the PD adds votes and Mëndësia takes them away. It has happened twice. This makes us be attentive. We have a group of 30 young people who have been here for two days and will stay for at least 3 weeks, but they must be attentive because it is not known what could happen. The absurd claim of the PD for the 14th mandate in Tirana, knowing that the difference with Mëndësia is about 1300 votes, I do not understand. I do not know where they base it. They have not seen the footage, we have, and we do not get a result. "Even now that 15% have been recounted, as we see, there is no major movement, so I don't understand where this claim comes from.
