Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a video on social media announcing tomorrow's visit by the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Rama announced that this is the president's first visit to Albania and praised Bin Zayed's contribution to the aid provided in the Kosovo war, as well as the donations given to Durrës after the earthquake.

 

" Tomorrow we have a very special visit. For the first time, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, an old friend of Albanians and very dear to me personally, is landing in Albania as president of the United Arab Emirates. He landed in Albania before in '99, on the runway of the Kukes Airport, which was paved by his father, the founder of the United Arab Emirates in support of our brothers and sisters forcibly displaced from Kosovo.
