Rama warns: There will be shake-ups at the IMT and the Municipal Police as well

Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced that just as there were shakeups and movements in the country's major municipalities, there will also be changes at the IMT and the Municipal Police.

This warning comes after the action to demolish illegal constructions.

"Sequestration and confiscation is another avenue, but it is done in cases where it is possible and the building can actually be used for public interest. We will have more of these in the future. But taking and seizing the building and making it a public institution three meters from the sea waves is pointless."

"Just as there has been an escalation of the wave of movements with leaders in the municipalities of large cities where there is a need for a shake-up to move to another level, so there will be in the structures, starting from the IMT, the Municipal Police and Urban Development.
