The General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka, attacked Prime Minister Edi Rama and the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, for excluding 6157 citizens from voting, as their means of identification had expired.
In an appearance for the media, Noka said that he had informed Celibas earlier about the expired identity cards.
According to him, Celibashi claimed that Rama did not allow the voting of these citizens.
"Celibashi emphasized that Edi Rama decides who votes or not. 6 thousand voters were denied voting.
