Noka: The fate of May 11 was not determined by citizens, but by drug cartels and gangs

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Albania, Flamur Noka, called May 11 not an election day, but simply a vote where the fate of Albanians was not determined by Albanian voters, but by the electoral state.

In his speech at the Democratic Party Presidency meeting, Noka stated that the day of the parliamentary elections determined fate through drug cartels and gangs.

"It is now clearly known that May 11 was a day where voting took place but not elections, the fate and will that should have been determined by the vote of Albanians were determined by patronage and the electoral state, drug cartels, the gangsters of the cities of this country, not just Albanians," said Noka./CNA
