The Democratic Party MP for Lushnja, Saimir Korreshi, said today that the situation with fires and construction in the country are two of the most worrying issues for citizens.
In an interview on 'Syri TV', Korreshi accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of having no idea of ??the situation, at a time when he only thinks about favoring the oligarchs.
"This year, construction has begun, but it has been a few years since the part of solar panels or resorts began. You will remember the fire that broke out in Fier near Semani beach a few years ago, no one mentioned it. Surprisingly, there were projects for major resorts there, surprisingly without the fire being extinguished yet. Or for the agricultural lands that change day by day for the sun, surprisingly the cadastral entry from productive to unproductive. Because the law on solar panels at that time provided that the lands that must be given for the construction of these photovoltaics must be on unproductive properties. So lands that do not produce, such as swamps. Marshes or other salty lands that do not produce agricultural production.
I have a case in hand, with thousands of hectares of land. I am at the end of gathering information and then I will make it public about one of the biggest oligarchs who surprisingly bought a land in Fier and that surprisingly this land has gone from arable to this unproductive part.
Let's move on to the fires. I think and as I believed and wrote about the fire that had broken out in Fier in the Seman area where these resorts or photovoltaic parks were to be built. I absolutely believe it and I say it with all my heart that the prime minister, who doesn't know where he is, had the time on August 25 while Albania was burning and then it dawned on him that this was the one who was being blamed. Surprisingly in the ears of these oligarchs, because there is no other option.
We were promised those planes during the campaign, but those planes never came. We saw helicopters flying around in vain, just to tell people that we are working, but they never lowered the bucket to get water, etc. So it is not a small thing that you said that with a decision of the Council of Ministers, miracles are being done and with a decision of the CM everything is now over. The maps of the judiciary have also changed. So in this matter, as soon as you hold a trial for this matter, against a decision it will take 15 years to finish. These people have led the entire justice system to collapse. Because you saw that a mini-protest that I did with some citizens of Lushnja was because they started cutting down trees. I don't know, but they are fighting against everything that calms the citizens in this kind of madness and farce that has drowned this country", said Korreshi. /CNA
