Prime Minister Edi Rama, in presenting measures to protect the territory, said that it is important to block the entire chain of unauthorized construction.

Rama stated that the builders are not acting alone, but are in collaboration with architects who accept the deformations and do not notify the relevant authority.

Rama said that this failure to notify the authority will be considered a criminal offense and the architect will lose everything.

Further, the Prime Minister said that we cannot leave to future generations buildings deformed by the vulgar taste of those people who only see square meters and, according to the Prime Minister, count more cars than pairs of socks.

" On the other hand, it is important to block the chain because builders do not operate alone, they operate with architects who accept the deformations and do not notify the relevant state authority as happens all over the world.
