Prime Minister Edi Rama, in presenting measures to protect the territory, said that it is important to block the entire chain of unauthorized construction.

Rama stated that the builders are not acting alone, but are in collaboration with architects who accept the deformations and do not notify the relevant authority.

Rama said that this failure to notify the authority will be considered a criminal offense and the architect will lose everything.

Further, the Prime Minister said that we cannot leave to future generations buildings deformed by the vulgar taste of those people who only see square meters and, according to the Prime Minister, count more cars than pairs of socks.

" On the other hand, it is important to block the chain because builders do not operate alone, they operate with architects who accept the deformations and do not notify the relevant state authority as happens all over the world. This failure to notify will be considered a criminal offense, participation in a criminal offense and of course the architect will lose everything. Because if an architect accepts the deformation of the project, it is not a painting that someone agrees to come and put their hands on because at the end of the day it remains a painting, but it is an asset that others have bought. And here it is not a matter of simple and only immediate consequences, it is a matter of consequences in generations because we cannot leave to generations buildings deformed by the vulgar taste of those who only count square meters, who have more cars than socks. People do not dress simply because they are protected from the cold, people try to dress as tastefully as possible. How can we dress the city's buildings like a cloak? How can the facades designed by architects be transformed into facades made of stone? "You go to builders who can't distinguish more than 4 colors? It's intolerable.
