"Encouragement also for economic diplomacy"/ Balluku: Albania at the

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, was present today at the Ambassadors' Conference. 

In her speech, Balluku focused on the stage of the country's EU integration process.

Balluku called for the Albanian diplomatic corps to be more engaged in economic diplomacy.

"Economic diplomacy is part of the tables and its level, which must change. It cannot remain as the wish of some ambassador. It must remain as a continuous incentive for a product, which is Albania."

Albania of green energy, tourism and different from what happened 5 years ago.

"We are at an important historical moment, when Albania, now sitting at the negotiating table, is just one step away from its great dream, which no longer needs to be called a dream, but a tangible reality, about which we hear every day from European officials that we are close to the date when our country can join the European Union," said Balluku. /CNA
