Gazment Bardhi used the letterhead of the Albanian Parliament for a letter filed with SPAK, which he distributed as a criminal complaint.

Please note that documents bearing the Assembly's seal can only be used for documents originating from the Assembly of Albania.

In the case of a letter from a parliamentary group, these letters are drafted on paper containing the identification marks of the parliamentary group of the Assembly and are filed for processing with the institution or person to whom they are addressed.

A copy of them is therefore registered and receives the relevant notes, such as the protocol number and date, from the Assembly's protocol register. Thus, the document always remains in the Assembly's archives.

Then, it is the Secretary General of the Assembly who forwards the parliamentary group's letter, accompanied by a covering letter with the Assembly's logo and signed by the Secretary General himself.

Gazment Bardhi has drafted a completely forged document.

Sign on behalf of the parliamentary group when there are no group meetings and signatures.

It uses the emblem and logo of the Assembly, when the Assembly has not filed any letter with signatures from Gazment Bardhi and has not processed any letter from the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party addressed to SPAK.

From the style used, this style of Gazi is very similar to the electoral tactics of Adriatik Lapaj.
