Dumani at DASH/ Lala: The meeting clearly shows that SPAK is a strategic partner

Journalist Klodiana Lala focused today on the details of the meeting held at the US Department of State, between SPAK head Altin Dumani and senior American official Hanrahan.

Lala said that this meeting emphasizes that SPAK is a strategic and leading US partner in Albania.

In an interview in a television studio, Lala stated that only Dumani and the DASH representative were present at the meeting, and that there were no other people. 

"Prime Minister Rama has failed to meet with senior US officials, it seems that there has been a withdrawal of US attention from Albanian politics and it seemed as if SPAK had lost their support, but Dumani's call shortly before the creation of the new governing cabinet, when there is a lot of talk about corruption and organized crime and there have been several strikes at high levels, SPAK is apparently seen as the main and strategic US partner. Anyone who claims to have information about what was discussed at the meeting is giving false news, since only Dumani and the US representative were at the meeting", said Lala. /CNA
