The Electoral College rejected the request/ Berisha: Proving serious violations

DP leader Sali Berisha has commented on the rejection of the DP's appeal against the election results by the Electoral College.

Berisha stated that the verification of all serious legal violations of the electoral process, of all mechanisms that transformed it into a farce, is the DP's most absolute obligation before Albanian democrats, before Albanian voters.

"There is no one in Albania who does not know that the justice system in Albania is under the complete control of Ramaduro.

But that doesn't mean we don't follow the procedure.

Of the hundreds of decisions, and we will give the figure, 99.9 percent of them, from March 20 until today, have been given against the opposition and in favor of the state's drug party.

We have no illusions, but we, I said, will fight the battle on all fronts.

Of course, I say here, documenting, verifying all serious legal violations of the electoral process, of all the mechanisms that turned it into a farce, is the DP's most absolute obligation to Albanian democrats, to Albanian voters.

"The opposite would be a collaboration in a monstrous electoral crime, it would be an unforgivable act that would make this political force complicit in the country's electoral farce," Berisha said./ CNA
