Zhulali, analyzing the latest developments regarding the "McGonigal" file, said that although the investigation began during Biden's time, it was not exhaustive and that the investigation remains open.

Zhulali explained that so far there are two lines of investigation into "McGonigal", one for collaboration with the Russians and another for collaboration with Prime Minister Edi Rama and his advisor Dorian Duçka, for which he has been convicted by the court.

"What is a fact is that with the arrival of Trump, we have a new era and a new political agenda, which turns upside down the previous agenda of the Biden administration. The report that came out of the internal administrative investigation, which is from the Department of Justice, was conducted mostly during the Biden era and has elements that may have affected the Trump administration right now."
