Massacre with two victims in Shkodra/Berisha: Cartels have a license to kill,

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, through an announcement on social networks, reacted to this morning's massacre in Shkodra.

The leader of the Democrat Party writes that this is the second massacre within a year, referring to the one in Dobrac on October 30, 2024, where 4 people were killed.

Berisha has leveled accusations at Prime Minister Rama, accusing him of using what he calls cartels to buy votes and in return giving them a license to kill, considering it his revenge for the election defeat in this city.

Berisha states that in the first murder where the spouses lost their lives, the waitress of the bar where the crime occurred was also injured today.

"Bullet hail in Shkodra. Second massacre within a year! In the first one, an innocent couple was killed, today a waitress is fighting for her life. I condemn Rama's revenge against Shkodra, where cards are used for votes and in return Ramaduro gives them a "license" to kill," Berisha writes.

Two people were killed and two others were injured in the serious incident. The perpetrator, 29-year-old Ragip Gila, was arrested a few hours later./ CNA
