The opposition declares that it does not recognize May 11/ Celibashi: Problem,

State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi, in a press conference regarding the May 11 voting process, said that the final OSCE-ODIHR report is expected to be released in a few days.

Celibashi said that he will accept whatever grade the mission will decide on the May 11 electoral process. Further, Celibashi also touched on the opposition's statement that it does not recognize the elections, which he said is a problem. These statements by the opposition, Celibashi said, make you think that the electoral process has not gone so well.

 

"In a matter of days, the final OSCE/ODIHR report will be released. I will accept whatever grade they give. The opposition has said that it does not recognize them, this is a problem because it makes you think that these elections have not gone so well. These elections are elections that a country makes as a candidate for the EU ," said Celibashi.

 

At the conference held, the head of the CEC was asked whether discussions have begun with the president for early elections in municipalities where there is currently no mayor.

Celibashi stated that up to now there have been no discussions on this issue.
