Veliaj has provided Charles McGonigal with a profit of around 18 million euros

Marash Logu has stated that Erion Veliaj provided Charles McGonigal with a benefit of around 18 million euros to declare his opponent "non grata".

Invited to the Task Force show, Logu said:

"American media have reported that Erion Veliaj has at least provided Charles McGonigal with a benefit of around 18 million euros to declare his opponent non grata, a media owner in Albania with whom he had a conflict for many years, I believe you understand who we are talking about.

At least Erion Veliaj, who is there, why don't they call him? They have a chance to verify this.

There are names of businessmen who were said to have been directly pressured by McGonigal when he came to Albania, demanding sums of money in exchange for not declaring them non grata.
