Initially, it was the opposition representatives who launched an attack on SPAK , when, by order of the Prosecutor's Office, the Special Court placed opposition leader Sali Berisha under house arrest. From the balcony of his apartment, where he had been staying for about a year, Berisha attacked SPAK, the head of this institution, every day in front of his supporters, while being accused of passive corruption in connection with the "Partizani" file .

"Skapi, a criminal organization", "Dumani sleeps on crime files", "Edi Rama's mercenaries" , etc., were some of the accusations that Berisha made from his balcony.

Ilir Meta of the Liberal Party was also attacked , when he was taken under investigation for a number of issues and criminal offenses such as corruption, money laundering, and failure to declare assets.
