The leader of the Democratic Party was today in the city of Brescia, Italy, where he held a meeting with Albanians living there. The meeting was held at the start of the election campaign for May 11.
In his speech, Berisha said that nothing can defeat Albanians in the diaspora, in Italy and in the world, who on May 11th sign the end of Edi Rama, the end of the narco-dictatorship.
Berisha said that at the Council of Europe reception, Rama spoke like a narco-dictator.
Berisha added that Rama, in order to obtain a 4th mandate, imprisoned the leaders of the three main opposition parties and licensed new cannabis plantations.
"My friends, the facade has fallen. First of all, I want to tell you that last Monday I was received at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the great temple of European democracy, at two hearings, in the two main parliamentary groups dedicated to Albania and before a series of special meetings including, here, the President of the Council of Europe Assembly and delegations of member states, in which I was the voice of the Albanians.
I presented the narco-dictatorship of Edi Rama. I informed our friends in Europe that the narco-dictator, in order to obtain a 4th mandate, arrested and imprisoned the leaders of the three main opposition parties.
To get a 4th term, he licensed new cannabis plantations.
To get a 4th term, he has activated organized crime gangs in Albania, Dubai, Aruba, wherever they are.
But I informed my European friends that we will win again.
I informed that there is no political data, no bandits and gangs, no crime of any kind that can defeat Albanians in the diaspora, in Italy and in the world.
That on May 11th they will sign the end of Edi Rama, the end of the narco-dictatorship.
In these meetings, in this visit, I found what I could never have expected.
I found out that the head of the Albanian narco-state at the Council of Europe had had the official dinner that was to be held in his honor canceled because he had behaved unworthily in the temple of democracy.
The dinner was canceled because he spoke there like the grandson of the executioner Spiro Koleka. Because he spoke there like he was the son of Muhammer Gaddafi.
That he spoke there like a narco-dictator, but not only that, but he had hired thugs who then threatened him with hundreds of messages, those who canceled his dinner.
Madly, he thought he would scare Europe with his bandits.
"This was his story in the Council of Europe, my friends," Berisha said./CNA
