"If you don't have passion, it's pointless to be in this

The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, spoke about his political life in a television appearance.

Këlliçi said that doing politics requires something that must be done with passion and if there is no passion, it is useless.

Këlliçi further said that in a country like Albania, if you want to make a contribution and do good deeds, politics is the right thing to do.

Këlliçi also expressed regret over the departure of his peers from the country, which, according to him, has also degraded policymaking.

" We are not a military headquarters to protect votes with weapons. It is a pity that most of our peers have left, and politics is also degrading. If you are not passionate about politics, it is pointless to be in this job. If you think you can make a contribution and do good deeds, without a doubt politics in a country like Albania is the right thing to do. I would not wish a thief to go to jail, but on the other hand, when there is information about an affair, you have to make it public and follow it up. The mayor has not been lost, the city of Tirana has been lost. The city has not been run normally for two years ," said Këlliçi./ CNA
