The head of the DP organization, Klevis Balliu, has discovered another abuse of funds by the government of Edi Rama, money which according to him went as a direct funding to the former high official of the FBI, Charles McGonigal.

Through a statement to the media, Balliu has shown the abuse that was done with the funds of the "Hillary Clinton" school in Kamëz Municipality, the fund for which was 7.08 million euros.

According to Balli, the construction of the school is another abuse since the average for the construction of a school in the EU is 700 thousand euros.

During the last months, the Democratic Party, relying on American references, large media and state institutions, has denounced Edi Rama's political connections with the FBI agent, Charles MeGonigal, and through him with Oleg Deripaska, Putin's sanctioned oligarch in the USA.

Edi Rama, it is now a public fact, paid Charles McGonigal to annihilate the Albanian opposition.

McGonigal's benefits were not only the money he received illegally as a parking lot rat, but especially tenders and corrupt government affairs, among others with Putin's oligarch, Deripaska.

Today, the Democratic Party makes public another evidence of these connections and the dubious political-financial axis of the Rama-McGonigal-Deripaska trio.

The "Hillary Clinton" school in Kamëz Municipality, which is run by Rakip Suli, cost 7.08 million euros (including VAT) and was built by companies owned by Deripaska (JOINT VENTURE, STRABAG & TREMA ENGINEERING 2 LLC).

The construction of the school was part of the reconstruction process and was provided by the German bank KFË. The procurement was made by the Albanian Development Fund in July 2022. Pay attention to the date, as Deripaska has been sanctioned by the US as a suspect for involvement in Putin's murder and money laundering.

Here, as in countless other cases, we are dealing with abuse of funds, since the average for building a school in the EU is 700 thousand Euros. The expenditure of 7.08 million Euros for the "Hillary Clinton" school is 10 times the real value.

Clearly, in this case it is not about the construction of a school, but about Edi Rama's payments to Charles McGonigal.

These affairs, this money that should have gone to schools and homes, in Kamez or wherever, ended up in McGonigal's pockets, as payment for the anti-Albanian and anti-American mission of annihilating the opposition and betraying the American government and people.
There is an irony, or as Rama calls it a 'karma' in this whole story. The one who talks about "rubles" for his opponents has already proven that he is nothing more than a ventilation pipe for the euros he steals from Albanians. The greatest irony is that, in the reconstruction of a school named after a former Secretary of State and a friend of Albania, financed with money from German allies, Edi Rama and his Rakipi in Kamëz, give it to a Russian oligarch.

The Democratic Party calls on law enforcement institutions, SPAK, etc., to immediately start an investigation to find out where the money of Albania's allies, who provide funds for Albanians and not for double agents, nor for corrupt affairs, has been misused of Rama with a shower.
