The acting mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, has stated that education will have maximum support from the Municipality of Shkodra.

In the meeting he held with the educators of kindergartens and nurseries, Spahia revealed that he discussed the problems and what needs to be improved in these institutions.

He underlined that priority will be given to:

- Eliminating gas heating and replacing it with modern boilers and systems.

-Increase in the number of kindergartens that offer lunch service.

-Investments for energy efficiency of buildings and installation of solar panels for gardens.

-Additional educator for PWD children and exemption from kindergarten attendance fees for these children.

" Education remains a strong pillar which will have the maximum support of Shkodër Municipality. This year was a challenge in terms of the investments we made in schools, kindergartens and nurseries, creating contemporary conditions in these educational institutions.

I had the pleasure of holding a meeting with educators of kindergartens and nurseries, where we talked about this new approach, but also the needs they have for which we will work continuously to improve them.
