The General Secretary of the SP, Damian Gjiknuri from Elbasan, has stung the candidate of the Together We Win coalition, Luciano Boçi.

Gjiknuri said that Elbasan needs an administrator and not a professor who wants to fill the municipality with militants of the Democratic Party.
