The SP candidate for the municipality of Elbasan, Gledjan Llatja, has refused the public debate with the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition, Luciano Bo?in.

According to Llatja, this is a waste of time, as his focus is on citizens and Elbasan.

 "We have been debating for four years, and the best is the debate with the citizens and the people of Elbasan, and the barren debates on television with this policy that has done nothing for the citizens is not appropriate.

Mr. Boçi continues to ask for it, but I can say that he has been in Elbasan for 18 years, and I have been mayor for 4 years, and he has never asked for an account for what is being done in Elbasan.
