The candidate of the opposition coalition "We win together", Belind Këlliçi, accompanied by the leader of the list for the Municipal Council, Dr. Ilir Alimehmeti and other candidates, has continued the tour of meetings in every neighborhood of Tirana. Kelliçi stopped in the "Bryl" area in the capital and near the "New Maternity", where he shook hands with hundreds of citizens of Tirana, who were also given his program for the management of the capital. During street meetings, an elderly person became interested in the commitment given by Belind Kelliçi, for free public transportation. "I have listened attentively to that project of yours. Is it possible?".

Belind Kelliçi explained that this commitment will become a reality after May 14, as according to him, the priority will be the citizens. "Transportation, the bus? 100% yes. Do you know how it is done? It is enough to take the money, which these thieves take for the incinerator, and take it to the free bus for all of Tirana. 100% doable. it's a matter of priority, did you enter by stealth or did you enter to do work. I came in to do work, I split my mind", said Këlliçi.

The citizen was interested to know if there will be dismissals for the employees who currently serve in the urban transport system of Tirana. "What about those workers who work there?". Belind Kelliçi said that not only will no one leave their jobs, but the system will be modernized.

"Everyone will work, I will subsidize the service, I will not fire anyone. I will pay as much as is needed per year to keep the system profitable. I'm telling you this: it costs 16.5 million euros per year, the budget is 240 million euros. I will pay 16.5 million euros to the operators every year to keep the system up and modernize it".

During the meetings, many citizens showed the difficulties they are facing, without leaving aside the fact that life in Tirana has become difficult because the neighborhoods of the city have not recognized investments from the municipality. For this reason, citizens expressed their support for Belind Këlliç, even from those who came from abroad just to vote for the change on May 14.

"Pensions for land, conditions are as they are, a cart, we can't spend a lap. In a neighborhood where you have an ambulance and there are all those potholes, I never justify this. Tirana needs citizenship and concrete works. I came here from America to vote here."
