PD e Enkelejd Alibeajt ka ankimuar në KAS vendimin për regjistrimin e kandidatit të PS për bashkinë e Mallakastrës, Qerim Ismailajn.
Kolegji Zgjedhor ka përcaktuar datën 24 Prill për shqyrtimin e ankimimit të PD-së së Alibeajt.
PD e Alibeajt pretendon se Ismailaj preket nga ligji i dekriminalizmit.
Në kërkesën e Partisë Demokratike thuhet se nëse nuk vendoset shfuqizimi i vendimit të Celibashit për ta konsideruar në rregull verifikimit e formularit të dekriminalizimit të Ismailajt, atëherë kërkohet që të detyrohet KAS të marrë vendim dhe të shprehet në lidhje me ankimin e paraqitur nga ana e Partia Demokratike e Shqipërisë./ CNA.al
