This position was held by Ermal Pacaj.
The decision to dismiss Pacaj enters into force after publication in the "Official Gazette".
"DECISION ON THE RELEASE FROM DUTIES OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE PROBATION SERVICE"
In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 10, of Law No. 78/2020, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Probation Service”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED: Mr. Ermal Pacaj, General Director of the Probation Service, is relieved of this duty.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette", the decision states./ CNA
