The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, has commented on SPAK's plan for the May 11 elections.
During the interview on "Kafe Shqeto", Celibashi was asked by the moderator if we would see gangs at the polling stations this time, he replied that he could not comment on such a thing.
Celibashi added that every concern needs to be addressed, especially from those who are directly interested to those who are interested in the electoral process.
This means that if there is evidence or clues, they will have to be sent to the criminal prosecution body.
"I have the impression that we have not seen either of the two electoral processes that we left behind. I cannot comment on such a thing. Look, beyond everything, what remains important and I am not saying this hypocritically, I am saying that every concern needs to be addressed especially by those who are directly interested to those who are interested in the electoral process. This means that if we have evidence or clues, we will have to send them to the criminal prosecution body", said Celibashi./ CNA
