A few days ago, Luzim Basha publicly deceived Albanians. He said that he had cooperated with the internationals to convince Gjiknuri of the SP for the electoral reform. 

He did not even hesitate to thank the internationals for their support and mediation. But the internationals reacted publicly and refuted Luli's statements.

For this public deception, a call was made to ODIHR by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha this evening.

He stated that ODIHR should keep in mind that Prime Minister Edi Rama and Basha are one and in this context they should not be helped.

"Edi Rama, in order to make the changes he wants in the Electoral Code, took his hostage to serve as the opposition. Rama's hostages deceived the Albanians when they were told that our partners had mediated.

The partners one after the other belied Rama and his pawn. He was told that we can never mediate in false, pseudo-reform acts.

In this case, I call on ODIHR, this serious institution, in the excellent tradition of cooperation, to keep in mind that Edi Rama and pengBasha are one and only one. The task of ODIHR and its mission has one condition, cooperation with both parties.

So, in this context, any help for the binomial Rama-Basha is help for monism, it is help for the consolidation of Edi Rama's criminal power", stressed the chief democrat./ CNA
