The voice of anti-corruption in the Democratic Party, Genta Vangjeli, has denounced that Spartak Kovaci, who held the position of administrator of UKT Durrës, benefited over 30 million euros from public contracts. 

According to Vangjeli, during the time that Spartaku Kovaci was in office, only one of the companies in the name of his father, ie "ADRIATIK shpk" has benefited over 30 million euros with public contracts. 

Denunciation : 

Spartak Kovaci held the position of administrator of UKT Durrës from October 16, 2013 to August 31, 2022.

The company "ADRIATIK" shpk has also Petrit Kova?in as a co-owner with 50% of the shares.

This is also the father of Spartak Kovac.

During the time that Spartak has been in office, only one of the companies in the name of his father, that is ADRIATIK shpk, has benefited over 30 million euros with public contracts, specifically from:

UKT Tirana, Durrës Municipality, Pogradec Municipality, State Agency of Centralized Procurement among which

stands out in terms of the value of the contract, the result of the limited procedure within the reconstruction process with the object:

REHABILITATION OF THE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE PORTO ROMANOS-SWAMP AREA AND THE SYSTEMATION OF THE RAINWATER NETWORK IN THE URBAN AREA OF THE CITY OF DURÈS PHASE I (Reconstruction Program) worth 2.3 billion ALL or over 20 million euros for just one contract, for this contract. The contract was won with 99.9% of the limit value.

UKT Tirana rents its colleague in Durrës with 5 contracts with a total value of 8 million euros.

UKT Pogradec rents the colleague in Durrës with 1 contract worth over 2 million euros.
