A few days ago, Luzim Basha publicly deceived Albanians. He said that he had cooperated with the internationals to convince Gjiknuri of the SP for the electoral reform. 

He did not even hesitate to thank the internationals for their support and mediation. But the internationals reacted publicly and refuted Luli's statements.

Lulzim Basha, who held a press conference, was asked about this open fraud by journalists this evening.

But Luli argued with the reporter and tried to justify his lies.
