The vice-president of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, has accused President Bajram Begaj of enacting the law on Investigative Commissions.

Boçi said on Çim Peka's show that he has never seen a reasoning like that of Begaj from previous Presidents.

He stated that the Head of State's argument was more of a prepared political presentation, oriented to one's offices.

"What impressed me the most was that he mentioned Article 35 of the Assembly's regulation, which said that it does not violate Article 35, which says that with 1/5 of the deputies, investigative commissions are created automatically, according to Article 77 of the Constitution.

So the president had this for days, and why did he not react when the opposition MPs demanded the implementation of this article of regulation and the parliamentary investigative commissions should have been formed.

It is the first time in my political experience that I see such reasoning. I have seen quite strong legal justifications, as in Meta and Nishani, but also other presidents. This argument I have read does not have many legal references.

To me, it looks more like a prepared political presentation, oriented in someone's office, because it also depends on the president, the staff, how he presents it, how he builds the reasoning, that he is not alone, but in the end he is the one who decides and approves what they bring and it cannot be justified at all neither by the staff nor by those who submitted it to them in a legal way.

The arguments are against the president, simply a political consideration in the same line and reasoning with the status that Rama had made on the 'X' network and where he expressed the great excitement that he put the president in his pocket.
