Malaj criticizes Rama: He is feudal in his stances to keep Albania out of the EU

Former Finance Minister Arben Malaj, invited to the "Task Force" show on Syri TV, spoke harshly against Prime Minister Rama. Malaj said that no country accepts to be a mandated member of the European Union without having a commissioner to protect rights, while Rama does.

According to him, Rama's positions risk creating clashes with international partners and slowing down the integration process.

He also criticized the prime minister's reports and approach to the region, noting that certain initiatives are built on "old ideas" and without a clear European vision.

Focusing on the justice reform, Malaj emphasized that this reform has received immediate reactions from important countries such as Germany, warning that any deviation from its standards could seriously damage Albania's European perspective.

According to him, Albania has only one path, integration into the European Union, and no leader can stop this process, even though delays may occur. Malaj warned that these positions could position Rama as one of the most critical leaders towards the country's European course.

" No country, except Edi Rama, accepts to be a mandate holder of the European Union without having a commissioner to protect its interests. This is where the veto falls. Rama cannot remove it or hand it over. I don't know why he only did it with Vu?i?, because he could have done it as a provocation for the Western Balkans. But those old loves that will receive a Nobel Prize, that they will exchange territories, and then the Albania-Kosovo border will disappear, are, so to speak, the hypnosis of a leader who is uneducated about the European Union and selfish, in the sense that Albania now depends on me. I have received 83 votes and I will do as I please and I will also oppose the justice reform, which received an immediate response from Germany. And I feel sorry for the MPs there, I feel sorry for the Albanian Foreign Minister, he was an ambassador to the UN when we were members, and he must explain to the Prime Minister: Albania has only one path, to move forward. He can stop no one, he cannot Edi Rama can prevent it. He will create some delays, but he will end up as the most anti-European leader in the history of Albania. Those twists that diplomats make abroad, that diplomatic language in Europe is, so to speak, known for what is called "soft power". He takes things slowly, thanks you, gives you the message, if you read it well, if you didn't read it you will get what you deserve.

He is a fratricide within himself. He wants to appear modern and athletic, and he is feudal in the stances he takes to keep Albania out of the European Union. There is none, there is none.

He is a hostage to himself and to those who keep him in power and in crime. I have said it to his face, I say it again to him and the socialists. It is a shame that Albania remains in the integration process simply for the purposes for which Rama advocates, because they are not easy purposes, because he is not naive. There is something very difficult in his conception, that he goes against it, and he goes against Germany and other countries , "said Malaj.
