Lamallari insists/replies to the opposition

Minister of Justice Besfort Lamallari has reported to the Laws Committee on the institution's activities during 2024.

Lamallari has responded to the opposition regarding his statements on Law 7501, maintaining that this property law is the work of the Democratic Party.

"At no point have I disinformed, I refer to the facts. It is enough to see an interview dated February 11, 2014 where responsibility for that law is taken and to read correctly and not tendentiously my statement regarding the great need that this country has to separate itself from a problematic past where property was a part of it. European Albania is not the one with pronounced property problems and incorrectly written laws, it is the Albania that we are strongly promoting for the use of advanced technology to avoid overdrafting, as well as to help Albanian professionals to do the technical opposition of laws", said Lamallari./ CNA
