He checked the ballots in a bar/ Himçi: A massacre has taken place

The DP candidate for the Elbasan District in the May 11 elections, Blendi Himçi, said today that the electoral crime committed in this district involved lek, euros, identity cards, licenses and documents.

Regarding this event, he spoke on the show "Task Force", where he said that this case proves the deep manipulation of the electoral process. This, Himçi said, may have been part of the "Bulgarian train" scheme.

" The incident was verified this morning. We went and found a table at one of the bars of the bar, a total of 10 ballot papers. There were also lists with the seals of the Civil Registry and the Municipality. They were with two seals and completely regular documents. They were voters of two centers 22/92 and 22/93.

They were placed on the table, covered with something. We noticed it and noticed it. Then we communicated with the police and the head of the prosecution. In my opinion, they were original, because in size and color they were of the original character. This is what the experts are left to determine, because it is very difficult to distinguish a photocopy from the original.

I want to deal with the phenomenon in this case, not with the candidate. For me, this is a destruction of the foundation of the process at the foundation of all elections. It is an electoral massacre that has been committed against Albanian citizens. Here, there was only no election.

In my view, there are two options left, then it is up to the prosecution to judge: Or we have a replaced box, as I regret to note that over 85% of the boxes in the Elbasan district have failed to identify the codes, meaning the scanning was all done manually. The CEC must respond to this.

Here we are before a massacre. The codes were not identified. When they came to be counted, they could not scan the code. And it was done manually. This increases my reasonable suspicion regarding the substitution part. In the other case, it could be the Bulgarian train concept that these ballots came, left the commission and then the controlled vote continued which passed. And this creates the "carousel" effect , "said Himçi.
