"Albanians from 85 countries of the world from every continent voted. The process ended on April 17. The first deliveries were made around the 12th and the first deliveries correspond to the number of voters. April 29 was the day with the highest number of voters who sent in their ballots. There were also voters with absolute errors in their addresses, around 10,156 voters. 92% of registered citizens from the diaspora have received the documentation from the CEC. 202,309 citizens have returned their ballots. 82.2% of these voters have participated in the vote. 97% are with those who have received them. 15,215 envelopes have been returned by DHL out of 18,388 in total. As for the counting, this process, as you have noticed, lasted 8 days. The entire process was administered according to the regularity of the documentation divided into two groups. There are 202187 DHL envelopes evaluated by the commission for external votes. 42 people are temporary CEC staff prepared for the entire voting process. 54 people were also engaged from the CEC staff. The staff worked in 3 shifts. The count evaluation engaged 200 people. In total, there are 680 personnel for external voting. I want to publicly thank the members of the external vote administration and without any hypocrisy in politeness, but the greatest thanks go to them. The work was voluminous and under great pressure. The work was done without any artificial obstacles", - said Celibashi. /CNA
