The DP candidate for the Elbasan District in the May 11 elections, Blendi Himçi, said today that the electoral crime committed in this district involved lek, euros, identity cards, licenses and documents.

In a conference with Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, where they denounced the case of what they considered an electoral farce on May 11, Himçi stated that the materials have also been ascertained by police forces, but cannot be discussed in detail as they constitute an investigative secret.
