"There is a terrible anger towards the judges"/ Bylykbashi: The murder

Democratic MP Oerd Bylykbashi said today that yesterday's murder shows that there is a terrible anger in society towards judges and magistrates.

In an interview on 'Syri Tv', Bylykbashi stated that such an attitude towards justice system employees is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

The MP added that this case should be a turning point for many people, as the murder also highlighted self-righteousness.

"There is a terrible anger towards judges, towards magistrates that is unacceptable, so expressed."

We are not talking about criticism, but even in the form of curses, they are completely unacceptable, in the form that they are fundamentally contextualized in the word, it is self-judgment that comes to the fore and one of the most unacceptable things, not in law, but in the morality of society, is self-judgment.

But of course, this also comes for another reason, because people have perceived a lack of justice, injustice, for a very long time.

So injustice is one thing, lack of justice is another, and their soul has reached a point where it can no longer do anything, but of course this does not justify murder, as if it were the most wrong decision, murder is something intolerable, and therefore the authorities must quickly do justice to the fullest extent, because as I said, it is neither a case, nor a precedent, it is more.

It should be a turning point for many, even for politicians who speak, who don't leave the studio without speaking, making statements, or posting. They should stop for a moment and think, oh how did we get here.

Where did this state fail that it did not return the priority to where it needed to be, at the right time?

With the justice reform, procedural laws were not reformed to make the courts function faster, people were changed, the leaders of the system were removed, and then the judges and prosecutors, so it was a story of capture between individuals, not how to make the matter simpler.

The justice reform produced a monstrosity that is already aggravating the sense of injustice even more, and we, as I or my colleagues know, should not ask people for details of the justice reform, they do not understand, they fall short, it is the state, it took my life by taking away my right", - said Bylykbashi. /CNA
