"The murder of the judge, a state crime"/ Berisha: Not even the most

Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha, in a press statement issued by the Blue Headquarters, said that the murder of Judge Kalaja shows the extreme insecurity in the first narco-state in Europe.

The chief democrat said that this is a state crime because it occurred in a total lack of responsibility after failing to provide judges with even the most minimal protection.

" While maintaining full sensitivity to reactions that I like or dislike in general and in particular to the specific case, I want to reiterate my firm stance that I never agree with the taking of life, and even more so the execution of officials in office, for any reason, and therefore I have condemned and condemn with the greatest force the execution of Judge Kalaja in the courtroom and again express my condolences to the Kalaja family.

But on this occasion I want to emphasize that the public execution in the courtroom of Judge Kalaja, as if it were in a cafe or tavern in the city, proves the extreme level of insecurity in Albania, the first and only narco-state in Europe.

In this context, the murder in the courtroom of Judge Kalaja rises to the level of a state crime, and this is not because the bullets were fired by the state, but because the murder occurred in the complete absence of all state responsibilities and obligations, even the most minimal ones for the protection of the lives and activities of state officials within their institutions.

"This has only one explanation, the replacement of the state, of the law with Malice ," Berisha said./ CNA
