Murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja/Rilindja journalist points the finger at Rama

Lorenc Vangjeli, known as the journalist of the Renaissance, has reacted regarding the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja.

Invited to Çim Peka's show, Lorenc Vangjeli also pointed the finger at Prime Minister Rama, whom he says is a judge above judges.

"Then, there are two moments that do not exclude each other, because they are different sides of the same coin. The act is a terrorist act. The murder of a judge on duty, and even more so at a moment of giving a decision, is the undermining of everything a judge who should be the symbol of justice, whether you like his decision or not.

Having said just this, we have taken a picture of the situation. Its scanner goes deeper and I dare say that that weapon was fired by many hands, actors and factors, and in a sense it was even suicide. Which means: starting from the clashes of political power, when I say political power, I mean both the SP and the DP, which think they have superiority over the courts. Starting with the endless misunderstanding that the executive has, Rama, who is a judge above the judges.

Meanwhile, even in cases where the state is facing the individual, he is simply a party and the only thing he can do, when he does not like a decision that seems unjust and illogical, is to file an appeal one level higher.

The KLGJ and the KLP react to Rama and react as if they don't take him seriously; when they hear Berisha, they say it's normal. They react with a language of helplessness, with a language that from time to time seems to say: "Don't take it as a bad thing that we have to react," because who knows what they are saying, both about the KLGJ and the KLP, which seem like extensions of another power.

Why suicide? I don't just have it for the individual. In a property trial, the losing party is always convinced that manipulations have been made and that the judge has been bought. But, the longer justice is delayed, the more it is no longer justice.

The stock of files is frightening and reflects the frustration of society, which, wherever it turns, does not find justice, does not see guarantees in its career. You build today and see that 10 of your neighbors have built like you. All this is part of a chaos that, if you put your finger on justice, it seems to be limping there more than anywhere else," said Vangjeli./ CNA
