The Secretary for Legal Affairs in DP, Ivi Kaso, accused the government and justice in the protest that is being held below the residence of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Kaso said that the majority has opened 3 battles with justice to the opposition, one of which is the issue of the stamp and logo of the DP.

He declared that  "the courts, scared, do not have the courage to give a final decision on the issue of the Democratic Party ".

The other two battles, the secretary for Legal Affairs in the DP declared, are the detention of Fredi Beleri and the house arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

"This is a clear strategy of the government that tends to keep the Democratic Party divided and make it deal with its internal troubles and problems, making it impossible for it to form an opposition.

Their battle, both political and legal, has to do with the political obstruction of the elected mayor of the municipality of Himara, from the 'Baske Fitomje' coalition, who has been kidnapped politically by order of the state simply and for one purpose only. that the opposition will find it impossible to stop the hand of the state that intends to concrete the entire coast of the sea, the entire Albanian riviera in the name and account of the oligarchs of organized crime.

The third and most important battle has to do with the politically motivated persecution and with a process which is the bottom line invented by Edi Rana, SPAK and all those other tools that aim to keep the government still in power with aimed at silencing the strongest opposition voice, the historical leader of the opposition, the Democratic Party, its chairman, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha", emphasized Kaso./ CNA
