The head of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, said in the Now show on Euronews Albania that even the opposition is not completely spotless in corruption, but within it there are people who are not involved in corrupt matters.

According to him, the biggest problem is that society itself has been corrupted by normalizing corruption as part of democracy.

"Is the opposition crystal? I don't believe it, look at how many leks they had and how many leks they have, it's quite simple. But within the opposition there are still some men who have not mixed, and the people have their choice. But corruption, being spread throughout society, has lost its weight, society has also become corrupt, so there is no reaction. Did all those who built houses without permission commit corruption? All those small traders who don't pay taxes, big traders, and when it comes to discussing corruption, as it says in the bible, whoever has not sinned, cast the first stone. A part of society has accepted corruption, it has become part of the culture", said Shehi.
