Mayor Erion Veliaj has again defended the thieving directors, arrested by order of SPAK for the "5D" file.

Veliaj said that the arrested directors are his associates and part of his organization.

"There is a procedure for how companies compete, and in 1,000 races, or 11,000 staff in the municipality, there is a probability that there will be problems. Behind every challenge is an opportunity.
