Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted this afternoon regarding the US attack on Iran.
Through a post on the 'X' platform, Rama states that Albania strongly supports President Trump's sincere efforts to prevent the theocratic regime in Tehran from ever acquiring nuclear weapons.
“This is not just another nuclear state. Nor is it just a dictatorship with nuclear ambitions. This is a theocracy – armed with apocalyptic rhetoric, steeped in seventy years of branding free nations as “Satanic” and openly calling for their extermination. In every respect, it is a singular aberration – unlike any nuclear-armed state, regardless of political system.
"As a nation that emerged from the abyss of a brutal theocratic regime, as a proud member of the free world, and as a strategic partner of the United States, Albania strongly supports President Trump's sincere efforts to prevent the theocratic regime in Tehran from ever acquiring nuclear weapons," Rama wrote. /CNA
