Erion Veliaj will remain in prison/ Mentor Kikia: Release could destroy evidence

The Supreme Court decided on Tuesday to keep Erion Veliaj in prison, upholding the GJKKO Appeals decision.

In an interview with CNA TV, analyst Mentor Kikia links the Supreme Court's decision to his continued tenure as mayor of Tirana.

Kikia emphasized that Veliaj's return to the country's first municipality could be a good opportunity to destroy evidence.
