In today's meeting of the Special Commission that will call the state institutions to appeal, which is headed by Fatmir Xhafaj, the representatives of the opposition are absent and there is no representative from the diplomatic delegations in the country. 

The hall is almost empty, even Fatmir Xhafaj is in it, only 6 deputies of the Socialist Party. 

In his speech, Fatmir Xhafaj called on internationals and the opposition to participate in this commission. 

He extended his hand to the opposition to bring experts to this commission. 

"Public invitation, 8 organizations of the business community, 10 independent institutions. Invitations have also been prepared for 10 international organizations operating in Albania. This week the process of returning to respond from the institutions closes. Very soon we will have a decision to complete the committee and the Secretariat with experts. We invite the parliamentary groups to bring their experts. Each parliamentary group can bring its own 3 experts, who will not be members of these groups, or attached next to them," said Xhafaj. / CNA
